Product Information
Removes all types of eye makeup, including waterproof and long-wear formulas.
Oil-pHase loosens stubborn makeup, allowing the gentle surfactants in the water-pHase to wash it away.
Removes makeup without tugging or pulling.

Proper Use
Shake to mix the oil and water pHase.
Soak cotton, ball with remover, sweep across eyelids from inner eye outward, then under eye to remove residue.
To remove mascara, gently stroke along lashes from base to tip until clean - do not rub.
