Sous Le Manteau - Fontaine Royale
Poudre impériale - "imperial powder": Based on a French aphrodisiac recipe from the 19th century, perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer has brewed an oriental love potion that seduces with the sensual power of warm, woody, floral, resinous and spicy notes. A truly "imperial" fragrance to fall in love with!
Fragrance notes
Bergamot oil, elemi oil, cardamom oil, black pepper oil, pink pepper oil, lily of the valley, jasmine abs, incense oil, heliotrope, benzoin resin, tonka bean abs, cedarwood oil, musk and vanilla.
The packaging
There are two different types of outer packaging for this perfume: one is illustrated with an atlas figure, the other one with a caryatid. The atlas figure was created by sculptor Aimé Millet, the caryatid by André-Joseph Allar. Atlas and caryatids are artfully crafted components from classical architecture. Regardless of the picture motif, all packagings contain the same love potion perfume. Both motifs were photographed in Paris - as universal symbols of the eternal city of love.
