Juliette, the Shakespearean heroine, is back – more determined than ever! Armed with a wild and romantic fragrance, her weapon of seduction – a symbol of a modern female lifestyle in which femininity rhymes with liberty, and romanticism and self-confidence are no contradictions, but rather two sides of the same precious coin.
Inspired by Shakespear´s “Romeo and Juliet”, young creator Romano Ricci (coming from a family with a legendary tradition in perfume-creating) joined forces with perfumer Francis Kurkdjian (also well-known as the creator of several other fragrances by Dior, Narciso Rodriguez, Acqua di Parma, Guerlain and Jean Paul Gaultier) and designer Sylvie de France, who gave the flacons of “Juliette has a Gun” their characteristic outfit, to launch a new brand of luxury perfumes – for “girls and women only”.
Each of the fragrances is based on an essence of roses, and the rose is as well a perfect symbol of the modern Juliette: On the one hand with the fragility of its tender, sweet scenting flower – and, on the other hand, with the sharpness of its thorns, knowing very well how to assert and how to defend themselves… |
