PURE OUD is the 1st fragrance from the “Arabian Nights” new collection by Kilian. This collection will be composed with 5 scents; each one built around one precious essential oil from the Middle East.

Oud is a rare and precious oil from the Agarwood tree with a rich and warm scent, reminiscent of balmy Arabian Nights.

The Scent
Composed with 100% natural essential oils, PURE OUD provides the wearer with a feeling of elegance and Grandeur. PURE OUD by Kilian was not composed as a literal translation of the Oud oil in its purest form. Instead, it was composed as a contemporary interpretation of Oud, for those who appreciate and value the richness of the fragrance note itself. In order to create this interpretation, Calice Becker has layered the Oud’s oil with other essential oils such as Papyrus oil, Gaiac wood oil, Copahu balm and Saffron oil. In doing so, PURE OUD by Kilian takes on a gold coloration which seems only fitting given the symbolism of gold throughout the scents theme. The scent remains warm and woody yet evokes a sense of modernity and elegance.

The Flacon
To honour this luxurious new collection, the bottles and boxes are adorned with gold plaques engraved with the name of the fragrance or the “K” signature.

This scent is strongly limited to very less perfume stores!
