The third fragrance creation by perfumer Mark Buxton for the creative olfactory workshop biehl. parfümkunstwerke is something special for fans of incense notes - with very erogenous tones, it´s an almost perfect fragrance for the evening...

The fragrance

The fragrance surprisingly has no classic top note. mb03 opens with sparkling, spicy elements such as Roman chamomile, red pepper and elemi - and then turns into a furious, but also very harmonious finale with almost sacred notes of cistus, cashmere wood, styrax, amber, musk, incense, sandalwood and patchouli ... there, the dark side of power meets pure, scented sin. In short, a masterpiece of sinful, frivolous perfumer´s art!

The bottle

The noble-purist, transparent glass bottle, on which only the brand logo and the name of the fragrance is to see, really excellently reflects the conceptual aspiration and credo of brand founder Thorsten Biehl: „For me, the artwork and its artist are always in the focus of attention“. In other words: nothing should unnecessarily detract attention from the work of art which is the essential, the main thing actually, that has to be in the limelight, in the center of artistic creativity and attention - namely, the fragrance! So, this flacon is a true gem of minimalist elegance without unnecessary gaudiness and pomp – radiating sheer, unadorned noblesse ...
