Keiko Mecheri – Iris Poupre - EdP

During the Japanese Edo era (1603-1868), the rich people of Kyoto liked to promenade on a wooden bridge where they inhaled the scent of a field with wild indigo and golden iris. This was the inspiration for Keiko Mecheri´s fragrance creation Iris Poupre, in which white and black iris, neroli and citric notes conflates into an olfactory masterpiece.
The flacon
The dark coloured perfume bottle radiates an almost mystical aura, with its angular design, the bottle appears androgynous as well as luxurious. A black cap, reminiscent of an ancient gem, crowns the flacon with refined and exquisite elegance...
