A century and a half after René Lalique’s birth, Lalique Parfums is paying tribute to him with the creation of an exceptional fragrance: Fleur de Cristal. This perfume had to reflect René Lalique’s style: infinitely modern.

Drawing his inspiration from the nature that surrounded him, René Lalique was also an admirer of women: they would never cease to inspire his work. He dedicated adornments, jewellery, perfume flacons, vases, etc. to them.

It is therefore entirely natural that Lalique Parfums is today dedicating this new line to women and that the lily of the valley and its delicate little bells are the focus: a symbol of renewal that fascinated René Lalique.

The fragrance: floral, fresh, musky

Striking from the very first breath, Calabrian bergamot accompanied by pink peppercorn reveals a luminous freshness. Bringing a radiant touch to the composition, honeyed and sensual Sambac jasmine gradually unfolds like a petal in daylight.

At the heart, a bouquet of lily of the valley and stephanotis echoes the jasmine’s fruity vibrations. Crystal radiance, a ray of light, immaculate whiteness: the sun reflects its softness on every petal.

Enfolded in musk, this Fleur de Cristal breathes on the skin and, like a seductive whisper, leaves the woody aroma of sandalwood, cashmeran and amber in its wake.

The crystal flacon

The lily of the valley in a heart of crystal. Since the foundation of the house of Lalique Parfums each line is completed with a precious bottle of crystal in a signed and numbered edition. Several glassmaker masters work on the crystal bottle of Fleur de Cristal and its precious bottle top, which is decorated with small branches of lilies of the valley.

The crystal glass was heated to 1,400 degrees (Celsius) and then the bottle was mouth-blown. Finally, it was sandblasted, polished, signed and numbered.

The teardrop-shaped cap was hand-pressed and perfectly matched to its bottle. Its design requires much attention which pays respect to the heritage of René Lalique and defines a luxury brand.
