The Fragrance

Grecale, the fresh northeast-wind, stands for the lively energy of citrus-fruits. Due to sweet orange, vivid citron, vibrant patchouli, lilly of the valley, cranesbill, hyacinth and exhilarating ylang-ylang, the bloomy-fresh headnote becomes a real philharmonic orchestra of fragrances.
The headnote is detached by the spicy, aromatic, fresh heartnote. Lovely carnation, effective nutmeg, romantic lavender, spicy angelica-grains and fruity, yellow peaches are joining each other.
The base is created by the woody interplay of cedarwood, opponax, grey amber and vanilla.

The Flacon

Also for this series, Paolo Gigli was inspired by the venetian art of the 18th century.
In a laborious way, the precious flacon of the Quattroventi-fragrances was decorated with 24-carat-goldleaf.
Due to the hand-made flacons and the time-consuming '3-fire-technique'-production, each fragrance becomes an unicum.
