HESPERIDIN METHYL CHALCONE/ DIPEPTIDE-2 / PALMITOYL TETRAPEPTIDE-7
This complex consists of a combination of three active ingredients in solution, with the function that prevent and reduce the formation of bags and dark circles under the eyes.
