Proper Use
Use with a favorite brush or cotton ball. Stroke the brush or ball clockwise into powder, touching all the shades.
Blend the silky powder along the cheekbone towards the hairline.
Feather the edges of the blush, using brush to soften and diffuse color.
Can be worn over or under Duo-pHase or Controlling Face Powder.
