V Canto - Pandolfo
In the home region of the Terenzi family near the Italian Adriatic coast there is a striking fortress: Gradara Castle. From here one of the most famous and fearless leaders in Italian medieval history ruled in the 15th century: Prince Sigismondo Malatesta.
At that time, unlike today, there were rulers who not only let their soldiers fight and die in wars - but insisted on going into battle themselves ... and fighting on the front line. One of these rulers was Prince Sigismondo. In order to remain undetected by the enemy, he used to fight side by side with his knights without any recognizable signs. He even used his own alias for this purpose: Pandolfo.
The fragrance
Pandolfo reflects the heroic courage, strength and determination of the warrior lord Pandolfo. The perfume opens with a melange of musk rose, silky Greek sage and the mysterious resin of wild pistachio from Morocco. The resinous-woody heart note of Pandolfo reveals the majestic heart of a lion: the finest sandalwood and cypriol mingle with precious oud and gurjum balm from India - on a base with notes of red patchouli, musk and precious ambergris.
A masculine fragrance with an aphrodisiac aura of audacity, bravery and heroism - inspired by a true Italian warrior legend.
