Swedish born, Canadian and US bred Ben Gorham is the founder and creative director of BYREDO PARFUMS. As a graduate from the Stockholm Art School and a background in interior design, Ben has undoubtedly developed an approach to creating fragrance that is as unique as it is logical.

Through BYREDO I want to communicate my own personal experiences - to contribute to an almost collective memory of time and place. An entire range of perfumed candles is launched to enrich the home with the atmosphere of designer fragrances. Byredo, the Swedish brand of perfumes headed by the creative Ben Gorham, makes its debut in the world of room scents with these candles, most with labels evoking French tradition. And it is no surprise that Ben Gorham himself prefers to call his latest refined creations Bougie parfumée.

The references for the new Bougie by Byredo develop a range of fragrances which are suitable for all moods, because each of them has its own character: from the introverted Ambre japonais, to the refined Biblioteque, the romantic Boemia, the innocent Candy Darling, the decadent Loopse lips and the beguiling Cassis.
