Its founder was Ernest Daltroff, a man with a lot of sense for eccentric and nice stuff.
He bought the perfumery of Anne-Marie Caron in Paris, because he thought the name sounded euphoniously.
The slogan of the factory always was: Art is, to transform feelings into perfume and that's why the creations of Caron reflect the spirit of the age of an era.
